Financial Due Diligence Services - Review and Testing

Real Diligence will review:
  1. historical financial statements and projected budget income, including current and future base rent, percentage rent, additional rent and miscellaneous income
  2. reimbursable income and methodology; and
  3. expenses, including real estate taxes, operating expenses, tenant improvements and leasing commissions.

CAM (Common Area Maintenance) Services
Common Area Maintenance (CAM) billing is a time consuming and exacting process that requires a deep knowledge of both real estate accounting and legal lease interpretation. From our experience conducting due diligence, we know that landlords do not always accurately bill their tenants for CAM charges. As part of every due diligence project, Real Diligence will thoroughly examine the CAM structure, obligations and payment methodology for each tenant.
