- Consult with our client to determine the exact scope of the due diligence project
- Act as the liaison between our client and the provider of the due diligence items to facilitate the receipt of requested documentation
- Review every relevant piece of information that could impact the asset's valuation
- Aggressively seek out any potential risk inherent in the asset's purchase
- Quickly and efficiently provide our client with an accurate portrait of the asset
- Easy-to-read, comprehensive due diligence report with appendix and backup documentation
- Be on call for our client to discuss the asset and provide expert analysis
- Advocate for and protect the interests of our client
- Keep our client's costs down without sacrificing the quality or thoroughness of our review
- Keep our client's information confidential, secure and readily available for future reference
